:: Business Development Laboratories Billing and Payment Policy

Business Development Laboratories will bill each client according to one of the following payment options:

:: Preferred Retainer Plan: Retainers may be required for projects that are quoted as taking more than 10 hrs to complete. Quotes are only an estimation of hours and should not  be considered a contract only as a suggested project guide. A set number of hours may be paid in advance with work being deducted from that retaining fee. Project status, retainer balance, hours charged and other account information is available for review on the secure section of our website. Work on a project will be suspended when the retainer balance is diminished to zero. Full payment is due prior to delivery of product. You may add to your retainer balance at any time by sending direct payment to our office or by credit or secure check online.

Your account may be closed only through the notification in writing from an authorized account holder to Business Development Laboratories. Upon such notification a BDL representative will contact the individual for verbal approval, close the account and refund any remaining balance. Email with a read receipt will be accepted as written notice.

:: Package Plan: Package deals have a set starting price. All package deals require 50% down payment prior to the work commencing; a 25% payment as the final product is prepared for distribution, upload, or print; and the final 25% upon completion. Full payment is due prior to delivery of product. Some package deals may require full payment prior to production based on the amount of work required.

:: Continuing Contract Plan: Recurring services will be billed within 30 day increments via electronic mail unless an alternative mailing method or period is contracted. Postal mailing will increase billing rates by additional $10 processing fee per billing. Payments more than 10 days overdue will terminate services. Administrative fees may apply for terminated service renewal. Initial payment is due prior to the commencement of services.

Upon receiving final payment all proofs and final product development content will be sent via email, provided via FTP, or mailed (due to size) in its entirety. All sales are final and non-returnable due to the nature of the products supplied by Business Development Laboratories.
